Description

Built with efficiency and hotter climates in mind, the BITMAIN ANTSPACE HK3 (known as model designation Antbox H3 V2) has a maximum capacity of 210 units of Antminer S19 Pro+ Hydro with total consumption of a little over 1MW. The minimum ASIC quantity to compliment the order will be 195 S19 Hydro units per container. The AntSpace HK3 is sold as a two-piece stackable set– a cooling tower and mining container. Refer to the brochure in the downloads tab for technical details. Unlike Bitmain and other resellers and distributors, we provide DDP (delivery duty paid) service for the ASIC miners as well as the container.

1 year manufacturer warranty included. S19 Pro+ Hydro warranty void if used outside the AntSpace HK3 system.

Environmental Requirements

 

Environmental Requirements
1 Cooling tower is required to be placed on flat ground, horizontal degree (±1 degree).
2 The ground surfaced is required to be hardened and stable, able to withstand at least 14-ton load.
3 A 10-ton crane is needed for unloading ANTSPACE  and cooling tower.
4 Add-on items such as stairs, transformers, cables, bridge racks and cable distribution boxes are not included in the delivery of ANTSPACE. Bitmain team can provide design suggestions if needed.
5 Client needs to confirm the opening direction of container and it needs to face air-intake. Door on left is current design by default.
6 Keep at least 2 meters of air in-take space around the cooling tower.
7 Altitude: ≤3000m. If the altitude is higher than 1000-meter, transformer and switch should be derated, the total power of ANTSPACE must be decreased by 1% for each elevation increment of 100 meters.
8 Operating temperature: -25°C to 40°C. Operating humidity: 10%RH to 90%RH. When the initial coolant temperature is below 20 °C, the internal circulation should be turned on to heat up the coolant to above 20 °C before starting the mining machine.
9 When the ambient temperature is below 5 ℃, the cooling tower can be switched to cold-dry mode.
10 Select distilled water or suitable antifreeze solution as coolant based on local climate conditions and extremes.
11 The suitable ambient temperature for ANTSPACE does not represent the suitable ambient temperature for the mining machines thesmelves.

The BC40 MEGA is a high-density immersion cooling design with the goal of providing a full-stack solution for large-scale mining customers. It integrates all required devices such as power distribution cabinets, smart PDUs, network interfaces, controllers, cooling tanks, circulation ducts, etc. Aims to provide miners with a turn-key mining installation.

Independent modular design

The BC40 MEGA container contains 16 cooling tanks, and each tank is independently connected to the dry cooler or cooling tower. Each Tank can accommodate 24 Antminer S19s.

Single-loop circulation

There is an independent circuit between each cooling tank and the dry cooler/cooling tower (for 8 dry coolers/cooling towers, 16 independent circuits), easy to deploy, and maintenance without interference.

Smart PDU

The BC40 MEGA container contains 32 24-port smart PDUs, including networks, switches and sensors. Current monitoring and leakage protection. Can check the running status and manage switches in the LAN

Redundant design

Power load and cooling capacity, with enough safety margin, to allow ultimate overclocking. Adapts to most temperature environments. EC dry cooler fans and pumps with adjustable speed.

This premier liquid cooling solution totaling 150KW is a modular cabinet design for ASIC miners. It adopts self-developed immersive liquid cooling system to improve cooling, efficiency and heat dissipation of your hardware in a more quiet and safe fashion.
